Board meetings are generally held the third Monday of each month at 6:30 - 8:00 from August through May at the Kenwood Park Center, 2101 West Franklin Avenue, 612 370-4941. All club members are welcome to attend. The annual board meeting in June is designed for attendance by the entire membership and is generally held on a Saturday.

A normal term is three years though some terms may be shorter if the new member is a replacement for a resigning board member. Committee chairs are generally board members though other volunteers may head committees with board approval.
