Membership information and forms

2008-09 PFSC SQSA Joint Club Membership Application. Now Available! If you are buying any ice contracts, you must turn in the emergency contact form now included in the membership application packet.
ISI memberships and renewals ($13.00/year) are on line at www.skateisi.org
Starlight Ice Dance Club (USFS) 2008-2009 membership application Use this form if you wish to test and compete in USFS (United States Figure Skating Association) sanctioned events. USFS membership is automatic upon joining the Starlight Ice Dance Club. The Starlight Ice Dance Club dues include the USFS dues.

CALENDARS:

New PFSC/SQSA 2008-2009 calendar
Parade Public/Open Ice Schedule Public skating will generally be offered daily on weekdays during September and October from approx 11:30-1:00 pm and on certain afternoons and weekends during the fall.
